Rules

01. I only accept paypal, image accounts and money orders.

02. Make sure you have the money before you order.

03. When you know what package you want please include the order form.

04. After you order I will contact you to let you know if I accept, if you are paying with an image account you must send me the login first then I will send you your layout. If you are paying with paypal you must pay first before I waste my time creating something.

05. Please send me clear pictures they do not have to be high quality but please at least send medium quality ones.

06. You must link back to Cat Creations when you use one of my layouts.

07. An order will take between 1 week and 2 weeks. Unless I have emailed you to let you know differently.
